Transport and logistics
For events within driving distance from the Czech Republic, Prague, we typically travel by car using our own transport. For destinations requiring more than approximately 10 hours of driving, or for events outside Europe, we usually travel by air.
In such cases, it is necessary to consider the transport of performance equipment and props. We are able to pack our equipment into the smallest possible number of bags and optimize logistics to fit within the event budget whenever possible. For longer-distance or international events, it is often more practical to arrange certain technical elements—such as sound systems or lighting—locally at the venue, which helps reduce the weight and number of items that need to be transported.
